Adventures in furniture painting…Β

I don’t know why I (Lindsey) love this coffee table so much. Maybe it’s because my parents bought it when they got married in ’77… Maybe it’s because it has traveled with me from townhouse to apartment to house to apartment and back again in my 20’s… Maybe it’s because it has been in my living room my entire life. No matter my attachment to this piece of furniture; it needed a make over. Big time.

I have painted a few small things over the last year but this was my first time staining. My project space was is the garage which is a good thing because I kicked over the can of stain the first time I used it… Whoops.
